From 30 October to 27 November 2025, eligible BID levy payers will be given the opportunity to vote on the BID proposal for the continuation of the Blackpool Tourism BID for a further 5 year term 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2031.

To help you make this decision, we have drafted a proposal business plan outlining how we will continue to support town centre businesses over an additional five-year term.
In this draft plan, we represent the interests of all BID levy payers.
