A new discount scheme has been introduced by Blackpool Tourism Limited, entitling local Blackpool residents (FY1 to FY8) with up to 50% off some of Blackpool’s most iconic attractions, all year round.
The exclusive offer includes discount entry to:
- The Blackpool Tower
- The Blackpool Tower Circus
- The Blackpool Tower Ballroom
- The Blackpool Tower Dungeons
- Sandcastle Waterpark
- Madame Tussauds Blackpool
The FY Locals’ discount will start at 20% off and go up to 50% at off peak periods.
This resident-only deal is designed to make unforgettable experiences more accessible than ever. It’s important that residents are given the opportunity to experience them. They belong to the town and should be enjoyed by them.
To access the discount, residents should select the “Locals” options on the website of the relevant attraction. Discount will be applied once the postcode has been verified.

“For the first time, locals can enjoy year-round access to discounted entry at Blackpool’s most iconic attractions – with savings of at least 20%, and up to 50% depending on the season.
“This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to the community, and we can’t wait to welcome local families to enjoy a fun-filled day out together.”
Cllr Lynn Williams MBE, Leader of Blackpool Council, said: “This is a fantastic initiative and one that I know that will be welcomed by residents of all ages.

“We have wanted to introduce this for some time, and it is now it is possible thanks to the attractions being operated locally by our own wholly-owned company.”

In addition to the new discount scheme, Blackpool Council taxpayers will continue to be able to visit Showtown for free.
